1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device (computer, tablet, or mobile phone) when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work more efficiently, remember your preferences, and provide useful information to website owners.

Cookies can be “persistent” (remain on your device for a set period) or “session” (deleted when you close your browser). They can also be “first-party” (set by NovatraCloud) or “third-party” (set by other services we use).

This policy explains what cookies we use, why we use them, and how you can control them.

2. How We Use Cookies

Required for the website to function. These enable core features like authentication, session management, and security. You cannot opt out of these cookies.

  • Vercel Analytics:We use Vercel’s built-in analytics for performance monitoring and basic traffic insights.
  • Embedded Content: Pages may include embedded videos or social media widgets that set their own cookies. We do not control these cookies.

5. How to Manage Cookies

You have the right to accept or reject cookies. You can exercise your cookie preferences in the following ways:

Browser Settings

Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. You can:

  • Delete all cookies from your browser
  • Block cookies from being set
  • Set your browser to notify you when a cookie is set
  • Set your browser to block third-party cookies only

Cookie Consent Banner

When you first visit our website, you will see a cookie consent banner that allows you to accept or decline non-essential cookies. Your preference will be remembered for future visits. You can change your preference at any time by clearing your cookies and revisiting the site.

Please note that disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of our website and your user experience.

6. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors interact with our website. GA4 uses cookies to collect the following information on our behalf:

  • Pages visited and time spent on each page
  • Geographic location (country/city level only)
  • Device type, browser, and operating system
  • Referring website or source
  • Interactions with site elements (clicks, scrolls, form starts)

This data is collected anonymously. We do not merge it with any personally identifiable information. Google’s ability to use and share data collected by GA4 is restricted by the Google Analytics Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

To opt out of Google Analytics tracking across all websites, visit the Google Analytics Opt-Out page.

7. Do Not Track (DNT)

Some browsers support a “Do Not Track” (DNT) feature that signals to websites that you do not want your online activity tracked. At this time, NovatraCloud does not respond to DNT signals because there is no universal standard for how to interpret them.

However, you can control cookie usage through your browser settings as described in Section 5 above. We will continue to monitor developments around DNT standards and update this policy accordingly.

8. Changes to This Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use, for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.

If the changes are significant, we may provide a more prominent notice (such as a notification on our website or an email). We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about how we use cookies.
