What is WhatsApp AI?
The WhatsApp AI Assistant lets your customers place orders by chatting with your WhatsApp Business number. They can send text messages describing what they want to order and the AI handles the rest.

Check Prerequisites
Make sure WhatsApp is connected before enabling AI.

Navigate to WhatsApp AI Assistant Settings
In the left sidebar, click **Settings** to expand the menu, then click **WhatsApp AI Assistant**.

Enable the AI Assistant
Toggle the **Enable AI Assistant** switch to ON.

Configure AI Behaviour
Customise how the AI interacts with your customers.
- aGreeting Message: The first message customers see when they chat
- bBusiness Hours: Set the hours the AI should respond
- cOrder Confirmation: Require customers to confirm before the order is placed

Test with a Sample Message
Send a WhatsApp message to your business number to test the AI response end-to-end.
