Overview
Many sections in NovatraCloud support bulk data import via CSV files. This is useful for migrating data from other systems, onboarding large inventories, or adding many team members at once.

- aOrders (Ecommerce): Create multiple orders at once

How to Import
The import process is similar across all sections:
- aStep 1: Click the Import button on the relevant page
- bStep 2: Download the sample CSV template (shows required columns)
- cStep 3: Fill in your data following the template format
- dStep 4: Upload your CSV file
- eStep 5: The system parses and previews the data, showing any errors
- fStep 6: Review the mapped columns (auto-detected)
- gStep 7: Click Import to insert all records

Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if some rows have errors?
The system shows errors per row. You can fix the errors in your CSV and re-upload. Rows without errors are not imported until you confirm.
Can I undo an import?
There is no bulk undo. You would need to manually delete or edit imported records.
What file size limit is there?
CSV files are typically limited to a few MB. For very large imports, split into multiple files.
