Generate, preview, and download business reports in PDF, Excel, and CSV formats

Reports Overview

The Reports page gives you access to detailed business analytics. You can generate reports on orders, deliveries, finances, and more — then download them in your preferred format (PDF, Excel, or CSV).

Accessing Reports

Click **Reports** in the left sidebar. The page opens with a date range selector, KPI summary cards, and the Reports Library.

KPI Summary Cards

The top section shows key performance indicators for the selected period:

  • aRevenue (Ecommerce) / Deliveries (Logistics): Total for the period
  • bOrders (Ecommerce) / Active Deliveries (Logistics): Count of orders/deliveries
  • cDelivery % (Ecommerce) / Success Rate (Logistics): Success percentage
  • dDelta indicators (▲/▼) show comparison to previous period when comparison toggle is on

Setting Date Range & Comparison

At the top of the Reports page:

  • aDate Range Picker: Select from presets (Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, This Month, Last Month, This Quarter, This Year, All Time) or use Custom to pick any date range
  • bCompare to Previous Period: Toggle this on to see delta indicators (▲/▼) on summary cards showing how current metrics compare to the previous period
  • cThe date range is carried over when you click into any specific report

Reports Library

Below the KPIs, you'll find available reports organized by business mode:

  • aSales Report (Ecommerce): Revenue, orders, top products, payment methods
  • bOrder Status Breakdown (Ecommerce): Orders grouped by status with totals
  • cExpenses Report (Ecommerce): Itemized expenses sorted by category for the period
  • dDelivery Performance (Ecommerce): Agent performance, delivery times, success rates
  • eRemittance Report (Ecommerce): Summary of expected vs actual remittances
  • fDelivery Summary (Logistics): Total deliveries, success rate, revenue collected
  • gRider Performance (Logistics): Rider rankings and completion metrics
  • hAgent/Partner Performance (Logistics): Agent/partner performance dashboard
  • iMy Performance (Rider view): Personal stats - total deliveries, amount collected, rating, avg delivery time

Generating & Downloading a Report

  • aClick the Generate button on any report card
  • bThe report preview loads below in the Reports Library section
  • cChoose your format: PDF (printable), Excel (spreadsheet), or CSV (raw data)
  • dClick Download to save the file

Report History

Below the Reports Library, the **Generated Reports** section shows previously generated reports:

  • aColumns: Report Type, Format, Date Generated
  • bRe-download: Click the download icon to download an old report again
  • cReports are stored per workspace for easy access

Frequently Asked Questions

How far back can I generate reports?
Reports can be generated for any date range, limited only by your data retention period.
Can I schedule automatic reports?
Automatic report scheduling is not currently available. Generate reports as needed.
What formats are available?
PDF (printable with formatting), Excel (spreadsheet format), and CSV (raw data for external tools).
Are report data real-time?
Reports use current database data at the time of generation. Historical reports show data as-it-was at generation time.
