Create Your First Order
Step-by-step guide to creating orders in NovatraCloud
Overview
Orders are the core of NovatraCloud. This guide shows you how to create your first order or delivery in under 5 minutes.
Navigate to Orders
Click **Orders** in the left sidebar to open the orders management page.
Navigate to Deliveries
Click **Deliveries** in the left sidebar to open the deliveries management page.
Click the New Order Button
In the top right corner, click the **+ New Order** button.
Click the New Delivery Button
In the top right corner, click the **New Delivery** button.
Fill Order Details
Complete the order form with customer and product information.
- aCustomer: Select an existing customer or click 'Add New Customer'
- bProducts: Add products to the order (click '+ Add Product')
- cDelivery Fee: Enter the delivery charge (optional)
- dPayment Method: Select cash, card, transfer, or POS
- eDelivery Agent: Assign to an agent (optional)
Fill Delivery Details
Complete the delivery form with pickup and dropoff information.
- aSender: Enter sender details (merchant or client name)
- bPickup Address: Full pickup location
- cRecipient: Enter recipient details
- dDelivery Address: Full delivery location
- ePackage Description: What is being delivered
- fDelivery Fee: Amount to charge
- gCash to Collect: Amount rider should collect (if Cash on Delivery)
- hRider: Assign to a rider or leave unassigned
Review & Confirm
Review all details and click **Create Order** (ecommerce) or **Add Delivery** (logistics) to confirm.
Your first order is live!
Your order has been created successfully. You can now track it, assign an agent, and notify your customer.
